Trip fuel cost calculator
Enter the trip distance, consumption and the price you actually pay. Choose the unit used by the pump; no fuel price is supplied.
Enter your values, then calculate.
Method and limitations
Convert distance to km and consumption to L/100 km. Litres = distance × consumption / 100. Cost = fuel volume in the selected pump unit × entered price. The result uses your price currency, without exchange conversion. Constant consumption is assumed; traffic, terrain and driving style can change the actual cost. Exact conversions: 1 mile = 1.609344 km; 1 US liquid gallon = 3.785411784 L (NIST). 1 Imperial gallon = 4.54609 L (UK Act).
